***GUARANA "PURO"***
Also nice as shot with Cachaca,Vodka or Rum

CAPETA

1 Shot Vodka (2 oz) or Cachaca.
1 Shot Chocolate Liqueur.
½ dl Sweetened Condensed Milk.(Can)
1 tsp Grounded Cinnamon.
1 tsp Hunny.
1 tsp Grounded Guaraná "Puro".
1 Cup of Ice.
 


Mix all ingredients in a Blender.
Mix good & serve.


Serving Volume : 1 glass.

4 cl Vodka.
3 cl Guaraná "Puro" Extract.
1 slice Lime.
Ice
Shake all well.
Topp up with Schvepps Indian Tonic

Serve in high a Drinkglass

Serve Volyme : 1 glass.

Try with Gin,Cachaca or Rum

GUARANA PONCHE

2 Soupsp Orange Juice.
2 Soupsp Lime Juice.
1 dl Guaraná "Puro" Extract.
1 Bottle Mineralwater. (Small)
1 dl White Vine.
2 Soupsp Whisky.
2 Apple cut in small pieces.
Chopped ice & Sugar acording to taste.

Mix all liquid ingredientes & add apple & ice at time of serving.

Serving Volume : 2 glasses.


 
MEIA DE SEDA

½ dl Guaraná "Puro" Extract.
½ dl Condensed Milk. (Can)
1 dl Redvine.

Place it all in refrigerator & Mix everything in a blender at the time of serving.

Serving Volume : 1 glass.

1 Shot (2oz) Whisky.
Frozen Coconut Milk according to taste.

Mix it all in a glass & serve.

BATIDA DE FRUTAS

1 dl Guaraná "Puro" Extract.
1 dl Grape Juice.
1 dl Pineapple Juice.
½ dl Cream.
1 dl Coconut Milk.
1 dl Vodka.
½ dl Acerola Juice.

Mix good & Cool. Serve Decorated with Fruit.

Serving Volume : 2-4 glasses.

 
ABASHAKE

1 tsp Grounded Guaraná "Puro".
30 ml Malabu.
60 ml Pineapple Juice.

Shake & Pour in a Long Glass.

Serving Volume : 1 glass.

1 tsp Grounded Guaraná "Puro".
30 ml Kalhua.
60 ml Cold milk.

Shake good!
Pour in a Long Glass with Strawberry Speed

1 cl Gin Seagers.
1 cl St. Remy.
½ cl Bitter MezzAmaro.
1 cl Strawberry Juice. (Concentrated)

Shake it all good with Ice.
Pour it all in a Glass & Top it with Guaraná "Puro" Extract
acording to taste.

Serving Volume : 1 glass.

CHUCHUCA

1 Can Pineapple Chunks.
1 Bottle Très Brut Champagne.
1 Bottle Guaraná "Puro" Extract. (600ml)
1 Bottle Grape Juice. (700 ml)

Mix all about :2 h before you will serve & Cool covered.
 If too sweet! Add water.

Serving Volume: 10-15 glasses.
 
BUMBUM

2 cl Vodka.
1 dl Orange Juice.
1 dl Pineapple Juice.
½ dl Lime Juice.
2 cl Cherry Brandy.
½ dl Guaraná "Puro" Extract.

Shake everything exept the Guaraná good with Ice.
Pour it all in a Glass & Complete with Guaraná "Puro" Extract.
 
Serving Volume : 2 glasses.

BANANA BLAST

1 tsp Grounded Guaraná "Puro".
30 ml Bananá Liquer.
60 ml Cold Milk.

Shake in a Cocktail Shake
Pour in a Long Glass with a Straw

Serving Volume : 1 glass.

60 ml Passionfruit Juice.
4 Ice cubes.

Shake everything good with ice.
Pour everything in a glass & Serve Imediatly.

A variation of Cocktail can be done with other kind of Juices, But the Juices shuld be Concentrerated.

BATIDA DE AMOR

2 cl Cachaca.
1 dl Passionfruit Juice.
1 tsp Grounded Guaraná "Puro".
1 Soupsp Acerola Extract.
3 Ice cubes.

Shake all good with Ice.
Pour all in a Glass & Serve Imediatly..

Serving Volume : 1 glass.
 
LICOR DE CAFÉ

1 dl Coffe.
2 dl Conhaque.
1 dl Guaraná "Puro" Extract.
1 dl Condensed milk (Can)

Run it all in a blender, Let it refrigerate good, Serve in high Mugs, Decorerated with Cream & a Cherry.


Serving Volume: 2 glasses.
DELICIA

1 dl Cachaca.
1 dl Pineaple Juice.
1 dl Guaraná "Puro" Extract
1/2 dl Grossela Extrakt.
 
Shake all well with in a blender.
Put to cool.


Serving Volyme : 1 glass.

BANAN SMOTHIE

1 tsp Guaraná "Puro" Grounded.
2 tsp grain at liking.
2 dl Cold Milk.
1 st Raip Banana.

Run all in a Blender,
 Serv in a high Glass.

GUARANA NRJ

1 tsp Guaraná "Puro" Grounded.
30 ml Guaraná "Puro" Extrakt.
Pressed Lime acording to taste.
5 Ice cubes.
50 ml Indian Tonic

Run all in a Blender,
 Serv in a high Glass.


Serving Volyme : 1 glass.

GUARANA "PURO" POWERKAKA

Ingredients:

1 dl Margarin/Butter
2 dl Sugar
6 Egg
2 stp Grounded Guaraná "Puro"
1/2 dl Guaraná "Puro" Extract
1 1/2 dl Water
4 dl Flower (Whet)
1 tsk Bakingpowder

Preparing:

Mix Margarin with Sugar and Egg-youk real good until you get a nice smoth paste.
Mix the Guaraná "Puro" Extract with the Water. Mix in to the paste. After this mix the Flower & Bakingpowder add this to the paste. Mix really good.
Beat the Egg-whites until they become firm.
Carefully mix the Egg-whites in to the paste.
Pour it all into a Buttered & Breaded Sugarcake form.
Bake in owen at about:175 degree celcius for 60min
Try out with a toothpic.
When no paste stick to the toothpic the Cake is done.
